Learn Triathlon – online course about triathlon
Instructor Åsa Lundström is a professional triathlete that, for the past 10 years, has competed in international top field. She has 25 Ironman and several top places on her track record.
– Creating a triathlon course with Acadyme has been both fun and rewarding. It feels exciting to concentrate 10 years of experience in professional triathlon training and competition for a course with instructional films, texts, programs and podcasts. I have always liked to inspire others to develop as triathletes and with the help of Acadyme I got the opportunity to do it in the best possible way, says Åsa Lundström.
Åsa’s course consists of 90 minutes of instructional and inspiring videos divided into 13 chapters. The course is subtitled in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese. The course also includes a podcast with Åsa, transcripts of the course and simpler training programs. The focus of the course is to give a broad and inspiring picture of triathlon.
– Our goal is to become the world’s best platform for online courses in sports, health and wellness. Like Masterclass but focused on our areas. The courses’ quality and content from the world’s foremost in their respective sports will set a new standard for online courses in sports, health and wellness, says founder Jojje Borssén.
